MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 19th February, 2024 S.O. 740(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Competition (Amendment) Act, 2023 (9 of 2023) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 20th day of February, 2024 as the date on which the provisions of section 33 of the said Act shall come into force.
