ESTATE, NEW DELHI-110 002 No. F.3(151)/Policy-II/VAT/Misc./2008/482-493 Dated : 22.10.2008 ORDER In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 49A of the Delhi Value Added Tax Rules, 2005 , I, Archna Arora, Commissioner, Value Added Tax, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, do hereby, extend the time limit prescribed in sub-rule (3) of rule 28 of the said rules and sub-rule (1) of rule 3 of Central Sales Tax (Delhi) Rules, 2005 for furnishing of the returns in Form DVAT 16 and Form DVAT 17 and Form 1 respectively for the tax periods of quarter ended on 30th September, 2008 and month ended on 30th September, 2008 upto 5th November, 2008.
