NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 22nd October, 2008 S.O. 2505(E). - In exercise of the powers conferred sub-section (2) of section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 22 day of October, 2008 —2008 as the date from which the sector specific Special Economic Zone for pharmaceuticals sector at Plot No. C-21, MIDC, Shendre Five Star Industrial Area, District Aurangabad in the State of Maharashtra proposed to be developed by M/s.
