Appoints the 12th day of November 2008 as the date from which the engineering sector Special Economic Zone at Kesurde Village, District Satara in the State of Maharashtra to be Inland Container Deport NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 12th November, 2008 S.O. 2655(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), the Central Government hereby appoints the 12th day of November 2008 as the date from which the engineering sector Special Economic Zone at Kesurde Village, District Satara in the State of Maharashtra by M/s.
