Amendment in Notification No. 8/2018-State Tax (Rate), dated 25.01.2018 - 04/2025- State Tax (Rate) - Bihar SGST

COMMERCIAL TAX DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION The 16th January 2025 Notification No. 04/2025- State Tax (Rate) S.O. 53, Date the 16th January, 2025- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Bihar Act 12 of 2017), the Governor of Bihar, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Commercial Taxes Department notification no. 8/2018-State Tax (Rate), dated 25.01.2018, published in the Bihar Gazette, Extraordinary, vide no. 75, dated 25.01.2018,, namely :- In the said notification, in the TABLE, against S. No. 4, in column (4), for the entry, the entry 9% shall be substituted. 2. This notification shall come into force with immediate effect.
