MINISTRY OF SOCIAL JUSTICE AND EMPOWERMENT (Department of Social Justice and Empowerment) NOTIFICATION NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 14th August, 2018 S.O. 3989(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Constitution (One Hundred and Second Amendment) Act, 2018, the Central Government hereby appoints the 15th August, 2018 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
