MINISTRY OF URBAN DEVELOPMENT NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 1 st June, 1993 S.O. 346(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Constitution (Seventy-fourth Amendment) Act, 1992, the Central Government appoints the 1st day of June, 1993, as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
