MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 24th September, 2013 S.O. 2902 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Constitution (Ninety Eighth Amendment) Act, 2012, the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of October, 2013 as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
