Amendment in Notification No. 30293-FIN-CT1-TAX-0043-2017, dated the 18th October, 2017 - S.R.O.No.98/2025 - Orissa SGST

FINANCE DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION The 21st January, 2025 S.R.O.No.98/2025 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 9 of the Odisha Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Odisha Act 7 of 2017), the State Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the recommendations of the Goods and Services Tax Council, do hereby make the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of Odisha in the Finance Department No. 30293-FIN-CT1-TAX-0043-2017, dated the 18th October, 2017, published in the Extraordinary issue No. 1687 of the Odisha Gazette, dated the 18th October, 2017 bearing S.R.O.No. 504/2017, as amended from time to time, and the last such amendment is made in the notification of the Government of Odisha in the Finance Department No. 28624-FIN-CT1-TAX-0002-2020, dated the 11th October, 2021, published in the Extraordinary issue No. 1647 of the Odisha Gazette, dated the 11th October, 2021 bearing S.R.O.No.354/2021, namely: 1 . In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 1, in column 3, after the end of words and symbols (2) Fortified Rice Kernel(Premix) supply for ICDS or similar scheme duly approved by the Central Government or any State Government , the words and symbols, (3) food inputs for (1) above. shall be inserted. 2 . This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from dated 16th January, 2025.
