Amendment in Notification No. S.O. 372(E), dated the 5th February, 2016 - S.O. 2311(E) - Prevention of Money-Laundering

MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 23rd May, 2025 S.O. 2311(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 43 of the Prevention of Money-laundering Act, 2002 (15 of 2003) and in consultation with the Chief Justice of High Court of Chhattisgarh, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) number S.O. 372(E), dated the 5th February, 2016, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, sub-section (ii), dated the 5th February, 2016 , namely:- In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 5 relating to the State of Chhattisgarh, for the entries in columns (3) and (4), the following entries shall respectively be substituted, namely:- (3) (4) Court of VI Additional Sessions, Judge, Raipur.
