GOVERNMENT OF ARUNACHAL PRADESH DEPARTMENT OF TAX, EXCISE AND NARCOTICS ITANAGAR Notification No. 5/2023 - State Tax The 31st March, 2023 No. T-E-18012/7/2022 . In pursuance of the powers conferred by sub-rule (4B) of rule 8 of the Arunachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of Arunachal Pradesh, the Department of Tax, Excise and Narcotics No. 27/2022 - State Tax, dated the 26th June, 2023 published in the Gazette of Arunachal Pradesh, Extraordinary, No. 152, Vol. XXX, Naharlagun, dated the 26th June, 2023, namely : In the said notification, for the words, provisions of , the words proviso to shall be substituted. 2.
