COMMERCIAL TAX DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION The 16th May 2025 S.O. 134, Date 19th May 2025 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Bihar Act 12, 2017), read with sub-rule (1) of rule 1 of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Rules, 2024 (hereinafter referred to as rules), issued vide Commercial Tax Department notification No. S.O. 447 dated 04.09.2024, published in the Bihar Gazette Extraordinary, vide No. 889 dated 04.09.2024, the Governor of Bihar, hereby appoints the following dates as mentioned in column (3) of the table below, on which the provisions of rules specified in column (2) of the said table, shall come into force, namely: - Table S.
