Amendment in Notification No. 4/2017- State Tax (Rate), dated the 29th June, 2017 - 06/2024-State Tax (Rate) - Tripura SGST

GOVERNMENT OF TRIPURA FINANCE DEPARTMENT (TAXES EXCISE) 1-11(91)-TAX/GST/2024(Part-2) Dated, Agartala, the 7th November, 2024. Notification No. 06/2024-State Tax (Rate) In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 9 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Tripura Act No. 9 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of Tripura, Finance Department, No. 4/2017- State Tax (Rate), published in the Tripura Gazette, Extraordinary Issue, vide number 236, dated the 29th June, 2017, namely :- In the said notification, in the Table, after S. No. 7 and the entries relating thereto, the following S. No. and entries shall be inserted, namely: - (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) 8. 72, 73, 74, 75, 76, 77, 78, 79, 80 or 81 Metal scrap Any unregistered person Any registered person . 2.
