CC(Appeals) Delhi invested with Powers of CCE (Appeals) NOTIFICATION NO. 66/2001-CE(N.T.) DATED 13/11/2001 G.S.R. (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of section 2 of the Central Excise Act, 1944 (1 of 1944) read with sub-rule (1) of rule 3 of the Central Excise (No.2) Rules, 2001 the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby invests the Commissioner of Customs (Appeals), Delhi, with all powers of the Commissioner of Central Excise (Appeals), Delhi under the said Act and rules made thereunder.
