Amendment in the notification No. S.O.69(E), dated the 9th January, 2008 MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 11th February, 2009 S.O. 459(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, the Central Government makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce No. S.O.69(E), dated the 9th January, 2008, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, sub-section (ii), dated the 9th day of January, 2008, namely:— In the said notification, for the table and the entries relating thereto, the following table and entries shall respectively be substituted, namely:- TABLE S.No. Name of the Village Survey No. Area (in hectares) (1) (2) (3) (4) 1.
