S.O. 525(E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), the Central Government hereby appoints the 20th day of February, 2009 as the date from which the leather sector Special Economic Zone at State Industries Promotion Corporation of Tamil Nadu industrial Complex, Ranipet, Phase-III, Mukuntharayapuram Village, Walajab Taluk, Vellore District, Tamil Nadu developed by M/s.
