MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 4th March, 2009 S.O. 609(E).- Whereas M/s. RNB Infrastructure Private Limited, a private organization in the State of Rajasthan, has proposed under Section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for Textile Sector at NH-15, Opp. Khara Industrial Area Bikaner, in the State of Rajasthan; And, whereas, the Central Government in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 , has notified the total area of 103.41 hectares and 24.51 hectares at NH-15, Opp. Khara Industrial Area, Bikaner, in the State of Rajasthan as Special Economic Zone in the Ministry of Commerce Industry Notification No, S.O. 1415 (E), dated the 9th day of June 2008 and S.O. 2023 (E), dated the 11th day of August. 2008 respectively; Now, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zone Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zone Rules, 2006, the Central Government. hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, number S.O. 2023 (E), dated the 11th day of August, 2008, namely:- In the said notification:- (i) the area mentioned in paragraph 2nd i.e. "103.41 hectares" to be read as "103.39 hectares". (ii) the area mentioned in paragraph 3rd i.e. "24.51 hectares" to be read as "24.53 hectares". (iii) the total area mentioned in the Table i.e. "24.51" to be read as "24.53". [F.
