Inland Container Deport sector specific Special Economic Zone for pharmaceuticals sector at Village Panoli, Taluka Ankleshwar, District Bharuch in the State of Gujarat NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 9th January, 2009 S.O. 109(E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 9th day of January, 2008 as the date from which the sector specific Special Economic Zone for pharmaceuticals sector at Village Panoli, Taluka Ankleshwar, District Bharuch in the State of Gujarat proposed to be developed by M/s.
