Corrigendum to Notification No. 26/2009-Cus., (N.T.) MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) CORRIGENDUM New Delhi , the 2nd April, 2009 G.S.R. 234(E). - In notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 26/2009-Customs (N.T.), dated the 17th March, 2009, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II. Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide G.S.R. 174(E), dated the 17th March, 2009, in page 10, in line 26, for "customs areas as specified under Section 8" read, "ports, airports, inland container depots, land customs stations and in customs areas approved or specified under Section 8".
