Appoints Director, Software Technology Parks of India, Hyderabad to be the Development Commissioner of the sector specific Special Economic Zone NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 23rd April, 2009 S.O. 1024(E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 11 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005, the Central Government hereby appoints Director, Software Technology Parks of India, Hyderabad to be the Development Commissioner of the sector specific Special Economic Zone for Electronic Hardware including information technology and information technology enabled services, as specified in the Table below:- TABLE Sl. For the discharge of the function as Development Commissioner, the Director Software Technology Parks of India, Hyderabad, shall: (i) abide by the instructions of the Central Government in the Department of Commerce and the Board of Approval on Special Economic Zones, issued from time to time; (1) send periodic reports as prescribed by the Central Government to that Government and the Board of Approval on Special Economic Zones; and (iii) be responsible for all actions taken as the Development Commissioner: Provided thin his personal matters in respect of leave, transfer, posting, etc., shall be governed by the orders and instructions of the Department of Information Technology or the Software Technology Parks of India, as the case may be.
