Amendment in the notification number S.O. 1052(E) dated 24th April, 2009 - To set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services at Uttarpara, Kolkata in the State of West Bengal MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 10th June, 2009 S.O. 1441(E). - The Central Government. in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) and in pursuance of Rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 , hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, number S.O. 1052(E) dated 24th April, 2009 for setting up of a sector specific SEZ for information technology and information technology enabled services at Uttarpara, Kolkata by M/s.
