Invoice issued by FTZ or 100% EOU for home clearance - Specified for Modvat purposes under Rule 57G(2) Notification No. 3/96-C.E. (N.T.) Dated 13-2-1996 In exercise of the powers conferred by the first proviso to sub-rule (2) of rule 57G of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby prescribes the invoice, issued under rule 100E of the said rules evidencing the payment of additional custom duty (countervailing duty) levied under section 3 of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (5 of 1975), as a document for the purposes of the said rule 57G.
