Warehoused goods - Removal without payment of duty - Amendment to Notification No. 266/67-C.E. Notification No. 68/94-C.E. (N.T.) Dated 19-12-1994 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of rule 49 and rule 139 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No. 266/67-Central Excises, dated the 28th November, 1967, namely :- In clause (i) of paragraph 2 of the said notification, for item (zj), the following item shall be substituted, namely :- "(zj) Bangalore including Devangunthi and Yelahanka".
