CCE (Appeals), Ghaziabad appointed as CCE (Appeals), Allahabad Notification No. 66/94-C.E. (N.T.) Dated 30-11-1994 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of section 2 of the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), read with rule 4 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby invests the Collector of Central Excise (Appeals), Ghaziabad, with all the powers exercisable by the Collector of Central Excise (Appeals), Allahabad under the said Act and the rules made thereunder.
