Modvat - Extended to Headings 51.06, 56.04 and 56.06 Notification No. 62/94-C.E. (N.T.) Dated 21-10-1994 In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 57A of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 24/94-Central Excises (N.T.), dated the 20th May, 1994, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, (i) against Sl. No. 4, in column (4), for the figures and letters "51.03", the figures and letters "51.03, 51.06" shall be substituted; and (ii) against Sl. No. 20, in column (4), for the figures and letters "55.06", the figures and letters "55.06, 56.04, 56.06" shall be substituted.
