Dated 22-9-1994 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 191BB of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby rescinds with effect from 1st October, 1994, the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) Notification No. 33/90-C.E. (N.T.), dated the 5th September, 1990.
