Export - Rule 191B - Rescinding of 5 Notifications Notification No. 57/94-C.E. (N.T.) Dated 22-9-1994 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 191B of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby rescinds with effect from 1st October, 1994, the following notifications of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), namely :- 1. Notification No. 53/59-C.E., dated 9-5-1959. 2. Notification No. 3/61-C.E., dated 4-2-1961. 3. Notification No. 180/78-C.E., dated 4-10-1978. 4. Notification No. 2/89-C.E. (N.T.), dated 13-1-1989. 5. Notification No. 16/92-C.E. (N.T.), dated 14-5-1992.
