Export Procedure - Rule 12A - Rescinding of 3 Notifications Notification No. 54/94-C.E. (N.T.) Dated 22-9-1994 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 12A of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby rescinds with effect from 1st October, 1994, the following notifications of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), namely :- 1. Notification No. 62/58-C.E., dated 21-6-1958. 2. Notification No. 409/86-C.E., dated 9-9-1986. 3. Notification No. 17/92-C.E. (N.T.), dated 14-5-1992.
