Export - AR 4-A Form - Amendment Notification No. 52/94-C.E. (N.T.) Dated 22-9-1994 In exercise of the powers conferred by rules 158, 187 and 187A of the Central Excise Rules, 1944 the Central Government makes the following amendment to the proper form, namely :- In Appendix I to the Central Excise Rules, 1944, - (a) in the Central Excise Series No. 60-A in Form A.R. 4-A (i) for the words "Original/Duplicate/Triplicate/Quad ruplicate/Quintuplicate " the following shall be substituted, namely :- "Original Duplicate Triplicate Quadruplicate Quintuplicate Sixtuplicate Particulars of Collector of Central/Maritime Collector from whom rebate shall be claimed or bond excuted;" (ii) for the letters and figure "A.R. 4-A" the letters and figure AR-4 shall be substituted; (iii) for the brackets, words, figures and letters = (Rule 173-O)," the brackets, words, figures and letters "(Rule 158, 187 and 187A)" shall be substituted; (b) in the Central Excise Serial No. 60 and 61, "Form A.R.-4 and Form A.R. 4-(LAND)" shall be omitted. (c) (i) in the Central Excise Series No. 62, in Form A.R.-5, for the brackets, word, figures and letter "(Rule 191A)" the brackets, word and figures "(Rule 12)" shall be substituted; (ii) for the words "gate pass(es)" the words namely "invoice(es)" shall be substituted.
