Proforma Credit facility extended to woollen fabrics [Heading 51.07] and narrow woven fabrics [sub-heading 5806.10] Notification No. 20/94-C.E. (N.T.) Dated 4-5-1994 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 56A of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 7/94-Central Excises (N.T.), dated the 1st March, 1994, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, after S. No. 17 and the entries relating thereto, the following S. Nos. and the entries shall be added, namely, - (1) (2) (3) (4) "18. Woollen Fabrics 51.07 51.03 19. Narrow woven Fabrics 5806.10 40.07, 52.03, 54.02, 54.03, 54.04, 54.05, 55.04, 55.05, 55.06".
