Rule 56A - Proforma credit - Amendment to Notification No. 7/94-C.E. (N.T.) Notification No. 14/94-C.E. (N.T.) Dated 8-3-1994 In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 56A of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 7/94-Central Excises (N.T.), dated the 1st March, 1994, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, after S. No. 1 and the entries relating thereto, the following S. No. and entries shall be inserted, namely :- (1) (2) (3) (4) 1A Chewing tobacco including preparations commonly known as "Khara Masala", "Kimam", "Dokta", "Zarda", "Sukha" and "Surti". 2404.41 2404.49
