Credit of duty on use of specified minor oils - Amendment to Notification No. 45/89-C.E. (N.T.) Notification No. 11/94-C.E. (N.T.) Dated 1-3-1994 In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 57K of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 45/89-Central Excises (N.T.), dated the 11th October, 1989, namely :- In the said notification, in clause (ii), for the words "such credit shall be taken only on the date on which the oil or fat, as the case may be has been so hydrogenated", the words "such credit shall be taken on or after the date on which the oil or fat, as the case may be, has been so hydrogenated" shall be substituted.
