Exemption to sheets, board, blocks of thermcol during 1-3-1986 to 12-4-1989 [ Ch. 39] Notification No. 13/91-C.E. (N.T.) Dated 20-3-1991 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11C of the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 23/90-Central Excises (N.T.), dated the 18th June, 1990 namely :- In the said notification, in the first paragraph, after the figures and brackets "1985 (5 of 1986)", the words "and used in the manufacture of articles of thermocol", shall be omitted.
