Amendment to Notification No. 215/86-C.E. Notification No. 30/90-C.E. (N.T.) Dated 27-7-1990 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of section 2 of the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944 (1 of 1944) read with rule 4 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following amendments to the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Central Board of Excise and Customs No. 215/86-Central Excises, dated the 27th March, 1986, namely :- In the said notification, for the existing table the following table shall be substituted :- "TABLE S. No. Officers of the Directorate General of Anti-Evasion (Central Excise) Rank of the Officers of Central Excise (1) (2) (3) 1. Director General Principal Collector 2. Additional Director General Collector 3. Deputy Director Deputy Collector 4. Assistant Director Assistant Collector 5. Senior Intelligence Officer Superintendent 6. Intelligence Officer Inspector".
