Rescinds Notification Nos. 330/86-C.E. 464/86-C.E. - Appointment of Central Excise Officers Notification No. 3/90-C.E. (N.T.) Dated 1-3-1990 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of Section 2 of the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944 (1 of 1944) and Rule 4 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby rescinds the following notifications issued by the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance., Deptt. of Revenue, namely :- (i) 330/86-Central Excises, dated 29-5-1986; and (ii) 464/86-Central Excises, dated 9-12-1986.
