Export - Rule 191B - Amendment to Notification No. 53/59-C.E. Notification No. 17/89-C.E. (N.T.) Dated 30-3-1989 In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 191B of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 53/59-Central Excises, dated the 9th May, 1989, namely : - In the Table annexed to the said notification, for Serial No. 18 and the entries relating thereto, the following Serial No. and entries shall be substituted, namely :- (1) (2) (3) "18. Tea falling under sub-heading 0902.90 of the Schedule to the Central Excise Tariff Act, 1985 (5 of 1986). Tea, including tea waste falling under Heading 09.02 of the Schedule to the Central Excise Tariff Act, 1985 (5 of 1986)."
