Export - Rule 191B - Amendment to Notification No. 53/59-C.E. Notification No. 13/89-C.E. (N.T.) Dated 3-3-1989 In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 191B of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 53/59-Central Excises, dated the 9th May, 1959, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, against Serial No. 20, in Column (2), the word "luxury" shall be omitted.
