Man-made filament yarn notified under Rule 56A Notification No. 11/89-C.E. (N.T.) Dated 1-3-1989 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 56A of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 84/87-Central Excises, dated the 1st March, 1987, namely,- In the Table annexed to the said notification, after S. No. 13 and the entries relating thereto, the following S. No. and entries shall be inserted, namely,- (1) (2) (3) (4) "14. Synthetic filament yarn including synthetic mono filament of less than 60 deniers, not textured. 54.02 54.02"
