Customs Notification No 22/2002 dated 1.3.2002 is rescinded 13th May, 2002 Notification No. 51 / 2002-Customs In exercise of the powers conferred by section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue) No 22/2002-Customs, dated the 1 st March, 2002, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide G.
