Wool, woollen yarn, cotton and cotton waste yarn - Exempted if captively consumed or produced on job work basis and used in the manufacture of specified goods Notification No. 133/94-C.E. Dated 21-10-1994 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5A of the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby directs that each of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) specified in column (2) of the Table hereto annexed, shall be further amended in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table. In the in column (2), for the words, Table annexed to the said notification, - (i) letters and figures "and heading Nos. or sub-heading Nos. 53.04", the words, letters and figures "and heading Nos. or sub-heading Nos. 51.01, 51.02, 52.01, 52.02, 53.04" shall be substituted; (ii) in column (3), for the figures and letters "51.03, 51.05", the figures and letters "51.01, 51.02, 51.03, 51.05, 52.01, 52.02" shall be substituted. 2. No. 217/86-Central Excises, dated the 2nd April, 1986. In the in column (2), for the words, Table annexed to the said notification, -(i) letters and figures "and heading Nos. or sub-heading Nos. 53.04", the words, letters and figures "and heading Nos. or sub-heading Nos. 51.01, 51.02, 52.01, 52.02, 53.04" shall be substituted; (ii) in column (3), for the figures and letters "51.03, 51.05", the figures and letters "51.01, 51.02, 51.03, 51.05, 52.01, 52.02" shall be substituted.
