Textiles - Validity of Notifications No. 70/94-C.E., No. 77/94-C.E., No. 78/94-C.E. and No. 79/94-C.E. extended [Chapters 54 and 52] Notification No. 98/94-C.E. Dated 27-4-1994 In excercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5A of the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby directs that each of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) specified in column (2) of the Table hereto annexed, shall be amended in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table. No. 79/94-Central Excises, dated the 6th April, 1994. In the said notification, in para 2, for the numbers, letters and words "30th day of April, 1994", the numbers, letters and words "31st day of May, 1994" shall be substituted.
