Tariff values for polyester filament yarn Notification No. 32/94-C.E. Dated 1-3-1994 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), the Central Government hereby fixes tariff values in respect of Polyester Filament Yarn (non-textured) falling under heading No. 54.02 and Polyester Filament Yarn (textured) falling under heading No. 54.03 of the Schedule to the Central Excise Tariff Act, 1985 (5 of 1986), at Rs. 90 per kilogram and Rs. 105 per kilogram respectively.
