Specified Goods of Chapter 33 - Amendment to Notification No. 27/90-C.E. Notification No. 77/92-C.E. Dated 1-7-1992 In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section 5A of the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 27/90-Central Excises, dated the 20th March, 1990, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification against Sl. No. 8 - (i) In column (2) for the entry, the entry "3307.90 or 3304.00" shall be substituted; (ii) in column (3) for the word "Kum Kum", the words "Kum Kum (including sticker Kum Kum)" shall be substituted.
