Amendment in the notification No.65/2001-Cus, dated the 25th June, 2001 4 th October, 2002 Notification No. 101 /2002-Customs In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1), read with sub-section (5), of section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), and rules 18 and 20 of the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, the Central Government, on the basis of the corrigendum, published with notification number 31/1/99 DGAD, dated the 2 nd May, 2002 in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part I, Section 1, dated the 2 nd May, 2002, to amend the final findings dated 1 st June, 2001 of the Designated Authority, published with notification number 31/1/99 DGAD, dated the 1 st June, 2001 in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part I, Section 1, dated the 1 st June, 2001, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No.65/2001-Customs, dated the 25 th June, 2001 [G.S.R. 454 (E), dated the 25 th June, 2001], namely:- In the said notification, in the Table, against S. No. 1, in column (3), for the figure, brackets, words and letters "(i) M/s Oscol Electrometallurgical Combinat (OEMK)" the figure, brackets, words and letters "(i) M/s Oscol Electrometallurgical Combinat (OEMK), manufacturer and M/s Salzgitter International GmbH, Germany, the exporter" shall be substituted.
