Enhancement in Tariff Rate of Sub-Heading No. 8703.00 Notification No. 136/90-C.E. Dated 22-8-1990 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Central Excise Tariff Act, 1985 (5 of 1986), the Central Government hereby directs that the following amendment be made in the Schedule to the said Act, namely :- In the said Schedule, in Chapter 87, in sub-heading No. 8703.00, for the entry in column (4), the entry "50%" shall be substituted.
