Amendment to Notification No. 69/90-C.E., - Chapter 84 Notification No. 115/90-C.E. Dated 16-5-1990 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5A of the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 69/90-Central Excises, dated the 20th March, 1990, namely :- In the Table to the said notification, after Sl. No. 11 and entries relating thereto, the following Sl. No. and entries shall be inserted, namely :- Sl. No. Sub-heading No. Description of Goods Rate (1) (2) (3) (4) "11A 8451.00 All goods 10% ad valorem ".
