Amendment to Notification No. 180/88-C.E. - Chapter 76 Notification No. 114/90-C.E. Dated 16-5-1990 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5A of the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 180/88-Central Excises, dated the 13th May, 1988, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, after S. No. 21 and the entries relating thereto, the following S. No. and entries shall be inserted, namely:- (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) "22. 76.12 Aluminium containers Nil If used for packing of liquid pesticides and if such use is elsewhere than in the factory of production, the procedure set out in Chapter X of the Central Excise Rules, 1944 is followed.".
