Compounded levy rates for embroidered fabrics Notification No. 56/89-C.E. Dated 1-3-1989 In pursuance of rule 96ZI of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 211/82-Central Excises, dated the 31st August, 1982, namely,- In the Table annexed to the said notification, in column (3),- (a) for the figures "13.15", the figures "13.80" shall be substituted; (b) for the figures "14.60", in both the places where occur, the figures "15.35" shall be substituted; and (c) for the figures "12.70", the figures "13.35" shall be substituted.
