This notification amends Notification No. 52/94-Customs(NT), dated the 21st November, 1994 TO BE PUBLISHED IN , PART-II, SECTION 3, SUB-SECTION (ii) OF THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY, DATED THE 4TH MAY 2000 14 VAISAKHA, 1922 GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF FINANCE DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE New Delhi, the 4th MAY. 2000 14 VAISAKHA, 1922(SAKA) NOTIFICATION No. 30 /2000-CUSTOMS(N.T.) S.O. - In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of] 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 52/94-Customs(NT), dated the 21st November, 1994, namely:- In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 9 'relating to the State of Orissa, against item (2) occurring in column (3), relating to Gopalpur, in column (4), for the entries, the following shall be substituted, namely :- ' Unloading of imported goods and loading of export goods or any class of such goods.".
