Exemption to reclaimed rubber Notification No. 353/86-C.E. Dated 20-6-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby exempts reclaimed rubber, falling under heading No. 40.03 of the Schedule to the Central Excise Tariff Act, 1985 (5 of 1986), from the whole of the duty of excise leviable thereon under the said Schedule : Provided that the said reclaimed rubber is intended for use in any other factory of the same manufacturer in the manufacture of new tyres falling under sub-heading Nos. 4011.10, 4011.20 or 4011.41: Provided further that the procedure specified in Chapter X of the said rules is followed.
